Arrow Video are releasing Terry Gilliam’s sci-fi classic 12 Monkeys (1995) starring Bruce Willis on 4K Ultra HD this Monday.
The film which also stars Madeleine Stowe, Brad Pitt and Christopher Plummer is set in 2035 and sees prisoner James Cole (Bruce Willis) sent back in time in order to save the world.
Brand new restoration from a 4K scan of the original negative by Arrow Films, approved by director Terry Gilliam
12 Monkeys 4K UHD

Although this is a new restoration from a 4K scan it is also the same as the blu-ray version released back in 2018 except for the increased resolution.
So if you purchased that version and are happy with the picture quality you may wish to skip this 4K UHD release.
