US Cinema Charts May 11 2018

It’s time to take a look at this week’s top 10 box office movies, Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War remains firmly at the top of the charts. However there were two new releases out over the weekend so let’s take a look at where they entered. These are the figures for US Cinema Charts May 11 2018.

Avengers: Infinity War took $62,078,047 at the box office meaning that it’s now taken over $548 million to date in the US alone. So just what is this week’s highest new entry? Well its the Melissa McCarthy comedy Life of the Party which takes the number two place with cinema takings of over $17.8. At number three is another new entry with the thriller Breaking In which has box office takings of $17.6 million.

The other superhero in the top 10 Black Panther slips from seven to nine taking $2m and gross to date figures of $696m.
