With the weekend fast approaching that means it’s time to take a look at the week’s new movie releases. The UK see’s no less than four new films hitting a cinema near you from Friday.
Pokemon Detective Pikachu and comedy The Hustle are probably the biggest releases. The latter film stars Anne Hathaway and Rebel Wilson. Let’s take a more detailed, so without further ado here are the cinema releases 10 May 2019 for the UK & USA.

Avengers: Endgame continues to overshadow everything else currently showing in cinemas. We expect that to continue for several more weeks.
Personally I’m waiting for the new John Wick film to come out as I’m not a massive superhero fan.
The Hustle is a comedy starring Anne Hathaway and Rebel Wilson. It’s a female remake of the classic Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (1988). It starred Michael Caine and Steve Martin. Its also somewhat of a favourite amongst the team here.
UK Blu-ray & DVD Charts
It’s yet another week dominated by superhero film re-entries from both Marvel and DC.
That said Eureka Entertainment released Stephen King’s Cujo (1983) on to Blu-ray. That one landed at number twelve. We should have a review up shortly. It doesn’t claim to have been re-mastered but we will take a look and give our verdict.
