The UK has five new releases in the cinema this week. Highlights include A Million Little Pieces (Drama), The Informer (Crime, Thriller) and Asterix: The Secret Of The Magic Potion (Animated Adventure). That said one of the other new titles stars Timothy Spall.

Final Thought – Cinema Releases 30 August 2019 – & Box Office
Angel Has Fallen tops the box office charts in both the UK and USA taking over £2m & $21m respectively. That mean’s last week’s UK number one from director Quentin Tarantino, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood slips one place to number two.
UK Blu-ray & DVD Charts
Notable new entries on this week’s Blu-ray charts include the William Friedkin / Al Pacino film Cruising (1980). This one’s an erotic crime thriller.
Another new title is the crime thriller Dragged Across Concrete (2018). It stars Mel Gibson and Vince Vaughn.
