Cinema Releases May 18 2018 including Deadpool 2

Only really one film worth talking about this week, we’re talking about the restored version of The Dam Busters that is in cinemas for a short time and will also be available on Blu-ray.

If you are looking for a new film then Deadpool 2 is probably what you will be watching as it hits cinemas in both the UK and USA. It’s yet another superhero film dominating proceedings and one I’m going to pass on this week, I get it lots of people love them but I’d prefer fewer to allow some of those film studio budgets to be allowed to try and bring some different genres to the table.

Today also sees The Dam Busters At 75: Live From The Royal Albert Hall shown in cinemas, it’s undergone a 4K restoration and should look stunning on the big screen. If you are unable to watch it at the cinema today there’s a Blu-ray coming on the 4th June 2018 in UK.
