Conclusion: Dementia 13 Blu-ray Review

The film has been restored and does include a restoration before and after demo in the extras. The film is shot in black and white and looks pretty good having had lots of dirt and marks removed. Overall they have done a very good job. Unfortunately the film has yet to be released on Blu-ray in the UK so the version I’m reviewing is a region free imported copy.
