Powerhouse’s Indicator September 2019 Blu-rays include four films. They feature actors such as Oliver Reed, Helen Mirren and Trevor Howard to name just a few. Now that I have you intrigued let’s take a closer look at these upcoming UK Blu-ray titles.

Hussy Blu-ray
Hussy (1980) drama starring Helen Mirren as prostitute Beaty Simons who works in London. The film also stars John Shea & Paul Angelis. Matthew Chapman directed this one. It’s not a film I can recall ever seeing but as always I’ll add the trailer.
This Powerhouse release has been restored and is listed as a “High Definition remaster”. It’s due to release on the 23rd September 2019.

90° in the Shade Blu-ray
90° in the Shade (1965) crime, thriller from director Jirí Weiss. It stars James Booth and Anne Heywood in which the hot spell of weather in Eastern Europe during the Communist era raises tensions.
As with virtually all of Indicator releases it’s been re-mastered and can be yours on the 23rd September 2019.

The System Blu-ray
The System (1964) stars Oliver Reed and Jane Merrow this British drama film directed by none other than Death Wish’s Michael Winner.
Again it’s been re-mastered and the reason I stress the importance of this is many other Blu-ray releases of classic films from the likes of Eureka Entertainment are typically not.
Anyway it’s currently due for release on the 23rd September 2019 packed full of extras.

They Made Me A Fugitive Blu-ray
The final September release is the They Made Me A Fugitive (1947) a British film noir set in post-war England.
Directed by Alberto Cavalcanti it stars Sally Gray and Trevor Howard. Again this one is currently due for a 23rd September 2019 release.
