Johnny Mnemonic Blu-ray Out Now – Outstanding 90’s Cyberpunk Film

101 Films has just released a “Limited Edition” Johnny Mnemonic blu-ray in the UK. The 1995 sci-fi cyberpunk cult classic film is based on a story by William Gibson.

The movie stars Keanu Reeves, Dolph Lundgren, Dina Meyer, Takeshi Kitano and Ice-T.

Johnny Mnemonic (Keanu Reeves) is a data courier that stores information in his brain at the cost of losing some of his childhood memories. He then delivers the data to the customer and receives payment.

It’s a stylish well made film that’s incredibly entertaining. Personally I love the genre so hopefully this 101 Films blu-ray release does it justice. I’ll be certainly taking a closer look at this one.
