Network is on a roll at the moment as they continue to bring classic British film and television to Blu-ray and DVD. The latest offering is the Man About the House (1974) film. As you may be aware Man About the House was a hugely popular television series and as with many series from the time had a film spin off.
It stars Richard O’Sullivan as Robin Tripp a guy that shares flat with two woman, Paula Wilcox as Chrissy Plummer and Sally Thomsett as Jo. Their landlords are another familiar couple from the TV sitcom world the Roper’s better known as George and Mildred played by Brian Murphy and Yootha Joyce respectively.
The Man About the House film came out on the 28 January 2019 along with Till Death Us Do Part (1968) and is available now on both Blu-ray and DVD.
