UK Blu-ray Releases 16th October 2017 – Peter Sellers The Party
Three new Blu-ray releases that are of interest to this week with the Peter Sellers The Party (1968) making its way out thanks to Eureka Entertainment. Another of their releases this week is The Vikings (1958) starring a couple of Hollywood legends, Kirk Douglas and Tony Curtis.
Moving on and following a slight delay Powerhouse Films Indicator label has released the classic John Carpenter film, Christine (1983).
Those three are my picks of the week but you might have others films and television series you are eagerly awaiting on Blu-ray.

Lovers of the Fast & Furious film franchise can pick up the latest instalment Fast & Furious 8 (2017) on its own or buy all eight films together in a rather nice boxset. Maybe this is the perfect Christmas present for someone you know?
Other Blu-ray’s include Miracle Mile (1988) starring Anthony Edwards released by Arrow Video and The 51st State (2001) starring Samuel L. Jackson & Robert Carlyle by 101 Films.
Shifting our focus over to television and there are several new releases out this week. Starting off with two releases from Network, Space: 1999: The Complete Series & Terrahawks: The Complete Series. Finally there is Bates Motel: Season 5 or if you prefer you can now purchase seasons 1-5 in one nice boxset.
Release dates tend to slip or are moved around at the last minute fairly often. For instance Eureka Entertainment originally had the Buster Keaton 3 film boxset listed as coming out this week but that has since being pushed back to 6th November 2017.
