The Cary Grant film The Awful Truth lands on Blu-ray this April

The Criterion Collection are to bring the Cary Grant and Irene Dunne film The Awful Truth (1937) to Blu-ray this April 2018. The movie is a screwball comedy with the plot centring on a soon-to-be-divorced couple deliberately trying to wreck each other’s new romances. It was directed and produced by Leo McCarey.

The Awful Truth (1937) has undergone a 4K digital restoration and will be available in the UK on the 23rd April whilst it releases a little earlier in America on the 17th April 2018.
