Nicolas Cage is finally in a western! That’s the good news over as Altitude Film has decided to only give the UK a DVD release of The Old Way (2023) which releases on the 13th February 2023.
I still can’t get my head around these decisions, it’s like they don’t knowing their own market. This simply leads to many people obtaining a foreign blu-ray version that will play on UK blu-ray players instead of the UK DVD.
Why not put out a limited number on blu-ray, say 4000 copies and see how well it sells.
There’s nothing wrong with choosing the DVD version if that’s the version you want I would just like the choice of both formats.
The Old Way (2023) is a western directed by Brett Donowho and starring Nicolas Cage, Ryan Kiera Armstrong, Noah Le Gros, Clint Howard, Kerry Knuppe, Nick Searcy and Shiloh Fernandez.
I’ve added the film trailer at the bottom of the page.
