It’s time to take a look at all the new releases out on Blu-ray this week in the UK. Arrow Video has decided to make this week into a George A. Romero week with the release of three films on Bluray. If that’s not to your liking than everyone’s favourite bear with Paddington 2 is also available now and DVD and Blu-ray. These are the new Blu-ray Releases 12th March 2018.
UK Blu-ray Releases 12th March 2018
Arrow Video
Let’s start off with those three George A. Romero films from Arrow Video, There’s Always Vanilla (1971), The Crazies (1973) & Season Of The Witch (1973). There’s one more release from Arrow this week with the psychological horror Flowers In The Attic (1987).
Studiocanal
The big release for many will of course be Paddington 2 which can be purchased on DVD, Blu-ray & 4K Blu-ray but also in a two film boxset and a steelbook edition.
Eureka Entertainment
Fans of Humphrey Bogart and Ava Gardner are in for a treat providing Eureka Entertainment’s Blu-ray version of The Barefoot Contessa (1954) comes with excellent picture quality. I’ll have a review on this one at some point so keep an eye out for it.
Other Films
Rounding up the week’s other releases are the dramas The Florida Project (2017) and Only the Brave (2017).

Not too many new releases this week but some very interesting ones with George A. Romero and the Humphrey Bogart & Ava Gardner releases make it a pretty good one.
