UK Blu-ray Releases 11th December 2017 – Carrie
So I’ll start off with Arrow Video’s new restoration of Carrie (1976) although it may well have sold out when you read this due to being a limited edition. Hopefully Arrow will issue a standard version soon.
Having already released a boxset of all the House films Arrow Video have now released the films individually. House (1986), House II: The Second Story (1987), House III: The Horror Show (1989), House IV (1992).
We have already mention one Stephen King film but there is indeed another out this week, The Dark Tower starring Idris Elba & Matthew McConaughey.
Two other films are out the week and they are both action movies, Atomic Blonde (2017) starring Charlize Theron & The Hitman’s Bodyguard (2017) starring Ryan Reynolds & Samuel L. Jackson.
Television Releases
Game of Thrones fans will be happy with season 7 out this week or if you prefer the boxset containing seasons 1-7. The one other release is Twin Peaks: A Limited Event Series.
That concludes this week new Blu-ray releases, there are still a few interesting releases due out before Christmas. You can keep up to date with all the upcoming Blu-ray/DVDs on our release date page.
