It’s that time of the week when we take a quick look at the latest top 10 box office movies and find out which movies are hot. Rampage entered the charts at number one last week but can it stay there in this week’s chart? Let’s find out, these are the figures for US Cinema Charts April 20 2018.

There are three new movies making this week’s top 10 box office movies with the highest new entry being the Amy Schumer comedy I Feel Pretty which lands at number three with box office takings of just over $16 million.
At four is another new comedy, Super Troopers 2 from 20th Century Fox. Traffik is the one other new movie entering at nine and cinema takings over just under $4 million.
Last week’s number one Rampage starring Dwayne Johnson can’t hold on to top spot dropping to number two. That means that horror movie A Quiet Place from Paramount Pictures starring Emily Blunt returns to claim the number one position with box office takings of just under $21 million.
