There are just two new entries inside this week’s top 10 box office movies and a new number one movie. 20th Century Fox’s Maze Runner: The Death Cure goes straight in at the top of the movie charts with box office takings of $24,167,011. That means Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle drops to two. It’s finally time to say goodbye to Star Wars Ep. VIII: The Last Jedi as it falls to number eleven with cinema takings of $4,254,001 but gross to date figures of a massive $610,795,822.
The bigger mover this week is Hostiles going from number twenty four last week up to number three this week with box office takings of $10,110,739. The reason for the sudden jump is a result of an initial limited release followed last week by a wide release across the country.
