US Cinema Charts March 16 2018: Can Lara Croft Top The Charts?

It’s that time of the week when we take a quick look at the box office movies this week and find out which movies are hot. Has Lara Croft knock Marvel’s Black Panther off the number spot? Let’s find out, these are the figures for US Cinema Charts March 16 2018.

There are three new movies inside this week’s top 10 box office movies with the Warner Bros film Tomb Raider starring Alicia Vikander as Lara Croft this week’s highest new entry at two with box office takings of $23,633,317. That seems lower than expected and means that Black Panther remains top for another week with cinema takings of $26,650,690.

There’s another new entry at number three with I Can Only Imagine whilst Love, Simon enters the movie charts at number five.

The Jennifer Lawrence movie Red Sparrow drops from four last week to number nine this week. Bruce Willis’s Death Wish remake also seems to be heading out of the top 10 dropping to number ten.
