US Movie Charts June 22 2018: Did Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom take the number one spot?

Do you like dinosaurs? Well it would appear the lots of you do as Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom enters the US movie charts at number one. The film stars Bryce Dallas Howard, Chris Pratt and Jeff Goldblum and took a massive $148m at the box office that should no doubt please Universal Pictures. With a certain dinosaur movie the only big release last week the top 10 remains largely unchained with last week’s top three simply dropping one place. That means Incredibles 2 is at two with takings of $80.3m whilst Ocean’s 8 has takings of $11.5m.

One film that climbs into the top 10 is Won’t You Be My Neighbor? coming from 15 to 10. There is a new entry at number 23 with The Catcher Was A Spy following a limited release. This one stars Paul Rudd, Mark Strong, Sienna Miller, Jeff Daniels & Tom Wilkinson.
